What to plan before move-in
- Loop us in during the drawing phase, not after permits are pulled.
- Identify the telecom/IT room location as early as possible.
- Confirm conduit sleeves between floors or across firewalls in advance.
- Coordinate camera and AP locations with the electrician's ceiling layout.
- Ask your GC for a rough-in window that isn't the last week before punch list.
- Plan for a dedicated circuit and cooling consideration in the rack location.
